Job Overview-
We are looking for the right person to grow the office paper recycling business, through a focus on our Account Services area.
The Recycling Services Account Manager will develop new, and up sell existing downtown office fiber and bundled services to customers. The Account Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining recycling programs for businesses that are convenient, sustainable and effective.
Industry training and industry support will be provided to the right candidate. This position will be based in our Chicago office.
Qualifications-
Our perfect candidate:
Has 2-3 years of account management, sales, and/or customer service experience
Holds a Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
Has prior Account Management experience
Is excellent at interpersonal, organizational, presentation & communication skills
Has a self-starting attitude and is highly motivated, and goal driven
Must function well with autonomy/independence
Is a problem solver
Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas
Has the ability to maintain a high volume of activities with positive results
Has an excellent telephone presence
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Has demonstrated success in customer relationship building
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
